Have since run many races including 40+ half marathons. I’m also hoping to attempt a full marathon in the autumn. Although having both replaced is going to be somewhat different to my running experience I’m happy to let you know what it was like for me. Hope it all goes well for you.

I had titanium with ceramic head do you know what you are having? I was told that was the best combination for an active person.
