Just the one, bit of a Mo Farah 'marathon' type thing really. A 2 lap 10M race. Was injured, but lots of my mates were doing it so started with a plan to just do the 1st lap and then stop at halfway. Followed the plan Didn't get paid £250,000 for doing half the race though

Is there a bit of a problem with events like A London marathon? Having been a lucky bleeder to get in to start with, the fact that you have really not prepared for the fact that this particular marathon is more than 26 miles, it is a bit unthinkable not to bother turning up.

probably should have pulled out of TP100 last week after pulling my groin, but mentally couldn't face 2 DNF's in a row so walked the final 39 miles
