And sometimes PR is personal record, ie from a race, officially recorded. And PB, just your best fast time in any way. Perhaps a time trial and what not.. |

I'm pleased there are helpful Fetchies around when you need them and you got your answer usc215. How's everyone doing this month? A few of you have put a time down and several are yet to post a virtual mile time. We're just over halfway through the month and there's time for you to get the mile done the only downside is of course the weather. I'll try and get the sidebar updated later with a virtual mile for March and April '25 after my run. |

I took mine from parkrun last weekend. I find it too difficult to run "at speed" (it's all relative, doncha know) on my own for a mile.

I had a second go at this month's mile yesterday morning and bettered my earlier attempt. I also did 3 extra miles at tempo pace. I only really had time for 7 miles but did 9 in the end and added an extra 8 minutes to the time I like to finish.
