LazyDaisy 1 Sep 7:21pm, 1 Sep 2024 40,636 posts	0 LazyDaisy Well done MD! I've just realised that the first mile in my 5k race yesterday was my fastest mile this year, at 10:05. I would love to get something beginning with a 9 again this year but I think it's likely to be an unfulfilled wish.
