Its the only race i have planned this year after over 12 months of no running.. just getting back into it now & upto 8 miles slow running at the moment.. plenty of time (famous last words)

Think my goal may be changing from going for a sub-2hr PB to just getting round and enjoying the atmosphere (GNR first timer!)
