Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

From when I was looking at one I'm pretty sure they show on map screen as per the 310/910.

I think they are also available on the data screens - they are on the fenix and the core functionality is pretty much the same.

Thanks for reply. Under the dcr review someone said in the comments it would only show lat/long and you couldn't change it to OS. I'm hoping that got changed in subsequent upgrade. If they could show as a data field that would be even better as could have coords and altitude on the one screen !

That was definitely the case in the first instance. Same for the Fenix. The Fenix got British Grid format soon after release so I assume the 920 did too.

I'd be amazed if the Grid Ref field isn't available as a data field. Even if for some reason Garmin hadn't done so, someone would have been bound to develop it as a Connect IQ data field.

flanker, and others, have garmin fixed the zoom issue on the navigation, i have read that yes, but does that mean that it works exactly as on the 310xt? or zooming in and out is a bit of a faf?

I use quite a lot the functionality of uploading tcx courses and following them when i travel abroad, so i need this functionality to be as good as on the 310.

Lap can be enabled/disabled in the settings per 'app'
