(I wore my f-lites, but may have been better off in Roclites - God knows how people got on in road shoes.) Love the zig zaggy bit downhill afterwards though. Weeeeee! Didn't see you anywhere today, Ted. You were probably miles ahead of me though!

Chose the roclites and felt great until 4th mile when wished I'd chosen the mudrocs (only done 11miles in them and was concerned about the tarmac section) great day though and brilliant course
