It can be difficult to know what to comment on someone's training but I work on the basis that any comment at all, or just a :), is enough to make that person feel encouraged.

I also now write comments on my training as if to say here you go this is what I did! OK maybe I'm weird! the Fetch calendar so good but now I need to wait before I buy headphones as I may win them ones I want today!
