Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

All I want for Christmas is Woo
Excellent prizes indeed, AL.
It can be difficult to know what to comment on someone's training but I work on the basis that any comment at all, or just a :), is enough to make that person feel encouraged.

I usually ask questions to understand it better if there are changes of pace, or give congrats if it looks strong.

Agree even a :-) is good plus (this maybe me!) getting a comment means someone is watching so you need to make sure its a good session! I also now write comments on my training as if to say here you go this is what I did!
OK maybe I'm weird!

heart the Fetch calendar so good but now I need to wait before I buy headphones as I may win them ones I want today!

It occurs to me that I don’t know what information about my training log other people can see, also how do I know if anyone is following me and can I say no?

I’m sure I knew these things once but I don’t know where to look for them now.

There's an option in your settings to make your training invisible, FGB. You should get a notification if anyone starts to follow your training, but not if they unfollow.

And of course, as soon as I post that, I find it. A settings button on the training log page.

I think they are in your profile, Fragile.

Can someone remind me where I need to put the podcast codeword?

My settings are all as I want them, I probably changed them when the same thing came up on last years calendar. :)
