How is everyone today? I have borrowed the journal idea from you guys. I was given a spare 2018 desk diary today no one was using, so I am having it as my journal to keep track of stuff. So far it contains things I need to remember and do, notes on what I have eaten and plan to eat for tea tomorrow, a bit of a shopping list and a reminder to run tomorrow, any distance just RUN it says! The idea is to be a bit more organised, have a bit of a to do list for everyday things at home and also to plot some runs. I have already done the gardening and put the washing on as planned at lunchtime when I started writing. . Trying to stay positive at work, not the best day today but I have had much worse so I am being positive and thinking tomorrow will be better.

That’s a great start!!
My journel is still Going strong, I’m on day 81 now! Quite interesting keeping it going and seeing what you focus in on. I still stick to very basic and just note what I eat and what exercise
Totally agree.. just run That’s it. Whatever distance. Moving mire is the aim
Positive can be hard some days but look for the little things the rest will sort itself
I went back to work today and just focused on doing what I can do and making sure the team is ok... not stressing the other things
“For today” is a booming had once from a 12 step programme. I liked it because it focussed you on just today. There was also a whole “now” movement a few years back, similar thought, concentrate on just today
To do list and ticking things off is a nice feeling 😊

Small & achievable makes us stronger canners
We’ve been up very early and in the gym, it’s a second home at the moment!
I’m now chilling in the garden, it’s a lovely autumnal sunny warm day here
Enjoy the run lemon there’s a lot to be said for mornings, I feel much better with a morning routine

Morning all. Just back from my second ever Body Pump class - boy are they hard work! I'm looking very hard at my schedule now and have decided to be selfish for a while so that I can do the things I feel I need to do, rather than what will be fun/nice/help out others. For instance, I'm going to give our next Beginners course a miss (I usually help out) so that I can carry on doing Body Pump - the only class I can get to out of all our local gyms clashes with the course and I'd usually say that I'll miss the class but right now I feel like I need it.

Afternoon all
Well well well - I have earned my first official "This wont do" badge.. but my excuse is I have been busy attending a big family wedding and then recovering - amazing how much those sort of events take out of you - and then we foolishly pushed out "double spin" - Friday night and then Saturday morning too so me and his nibs yesterday were firmly shattered
All in a good way though and we had a great time, the wedding important for me as it's a new family connection and something immensely positive and unbelievably beautiful out of many childhood years for all concerned that were full of confusion and difficult parental goings on due to that good old phenomena known as the broken marriage. Rather than concentrating on the "what's and why's" it's just been a lovely thing to be reunited with my cousins and my godmum after probably around 40 something years
Anyhow.. today is a bit of a write off - tomorrow after another good night sleep I'm back to
- Water intake - Morning run & gym
- NO BOOZE - Making sure I bring breakfast and lunch
I'm not going to feel - Guilt (no room for that) - Like I wrecked anything - as we have had such a great time
Hope you are all good Proper squish for those that need
