Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I think a concussion is a good reason not to run, rather than an excuse. See how you feel in the morning?
V'rap - I'm thinking about asking for a Garmin for my birthday next month...it's already started!

I'm sitting at my desk wearing trainers, a wicking top and a sports bra, and with a Garmin in my handbag, and I don't even intend to run at work today :P

Or (back on topic) my excuse today is that the sun is shining and as soon as I get home and clear the work woo-woo out of my head I'll be on my bike :)

Got rat-arsed last night, danced for three hours and have tired legs.

(Might force myself out anyway, if nothing else than to get away from noisy kids.)

I'm always reading about rest is an important part of training. Therefore I think I'll focus on developing my ability to rest effectively today! ;)

I've got work tonight (6pm onwards) so I can't run before, I won't have time (said around 9am); in the end I did force myself out but it's a tatic I've used before :)

I'm in need of an excuse for a PT session due at midday. Will I have a cold and my toe still hurts work? Also my shoulder isn't back to full strength. TBH I'm not sure what I am going to be able to do :-0
