Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Best plan I think Barky.....there are certain stretches you can do for ITB, might be best to search the web for them rather than me try to explain.

I'd love a go at that - but we're in Cumbria then (this year!!)

Barky - Definitely look the stretches up and get doing them!
ITB is not a muscle and can be stretched without being warm.
When I feel mine start to tighten, I start doing 3-5 Strtches (30 seconds each - on both sides) about 4-6 times a day. (Basically as often as I remember) and it keeps it nicely at bay!

Getting butterflies already now! It all sounds very exciting.
Barky, I can show you some ITB stretches on monday, if that's not too late, if not as everyone else said there should be some on the web.
I have to do a Midland League in Stourport tomorrow! So far my comedy events are : Hammer, Long Jump, Discus, Javelin, 400m, 800m, 4 x 100m relay. Slight problem in that I have only done 11 minute miling in the past 3 weeks and no sprinting or jumping!
Really looking forward to monday and think my OH may cry if he doesn't go under 6 minutes!
