Ohhh, Tenby, not next door... our problem is, the area we cover is rather large, so getting enough of us together in a single location on a certain day is hard...

Hey Hann....Apparently I'm coming to Wales to do the "Murder Mile" begining of August.....apparently its a 1 mile hill with a 12% avg gradient.....I must be Mad..!

its on the outer part of the right knee, very tight - to the point of being restrictive :-(

Had a warm bath, then cooling gel and got some ibruprofen
