Isn't funny Linds, how much we are creatures of habit? I went for a quick walk yesterday, some of it road, and walked on the other side. I have been here since 2006, NEVER walked on that side before on that bit of road!

Now they're fairly scuttling in Nice itinerant newt, GM I shall have one of those to declare in a few days' time.

I have listened to my body today and am resting rather than bashing out a ride on zwift. This is a newt for me as I am not sure if I am tired from a very stressful late night, or its the start of a arthritis flare up.

Great newt Dio
I walked along a footbath that I have never walked on before because I didn't know exactly where it was because the footpath sign has 'fallen over' and can't be seen from the road! It goes through someone's garden. It wasn't a particularly useful or interesting footpath so I won't be incorporating it into my running routes but I'm glad to have actually found it and walked it all the same. And had it not been for doing a new thing for Lent I might not have done so!

My newt today was rather uncomfortable and not what I would have chosen, attended eye clinic for check up of new floaters, 2 different types of eye drops and my second OCS of the week, first one cost £25 ! Worth it though if it identifies issues. Retina gel come away, no tear or detachment thankfully, 6 hours and still dilated pupils, bit better than they were though

I blogged today's newt. Wasn't what I had planned but it'll do! The magnolias are inching towards opening
