Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

We used to have a pair of cats, mother & daughter. They seemed to be happy enough with each other but after we lost the younger one, Rosie (mum) absolutely flourished for her last few years. She was like a different cat.

Poppy that was like Pablo after Lenin’s demise - he tolerated his brother but definitely preferred being solo.

Dips we had cats when I was a kid who didn’t get on, it’s not easy.

we have mostly accepted that one will be scared and bullied and the other will be obsessed with exerting their dominance at all times. It’s not the vibe I would’ve chosen. It’s a common risk with siblings and pets I think that they may be company and they may be rivals and they may be both

Bonnie and her brother, Clyde (adopted as a 6 yr old pair of indoor cats) tolerated each other and seemed to appreciate having each other around (most of the time) for company if nothing else.

They were never really affectionate with each other and, since Clyde died, Bonnie has become a whole other cat. I'd love another but she is clearly happiest as a solo cat

Mine have reached a satisfactory point. Think the age difference doesn’t help. Took a while though.

Of course, I still think Ozzy should have a fluffy partner in crime :-)
