SO I now have no pain whatsoever at all and can stretch etc. It's been 6 days since I pulled the calf.

Can I now run or should I give it to Sunday, just to be sure?

I know that's right. Just needed someone to tell me to be sensible....

I guess my problem is how long do I wait? Is Sunday OK? Should it be longer?

Should add that Sunday would be 11 days since the initial strain (and it was pain free after 48 hours)
