3.14.32 for me. Not an ideal run as my pacing was shocking and I blew up with 3 to go. But, I'm not complaining!!

I saw Nellers a couple of times, glad he's getting some well deserved cake :)

I took it easy as I am doing London next week, not sure of my official time but somewhere around 3.52 I think. All good fun!

Pre-Race for the regulations Fetch Photo, please assemble outside the massive white tent in the middle of Preston Park.

As you look up the park (it's a slope) we shall be congregating on the right hand side of said massive white tent... the information and lost sprogs tent, it is close to the Pavillion...very close.

Post race, we are heading to the Hop Pole pub.
