Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm pleased, AC - I like people to be happy :)

My arms aren't after this morning set of exercises 🤣

I've done a ladder of press ups, seated dips and "Let me ins" from the book. 7.5 mins of each. I've still got the "Let me ups" to do but I need to find somewhere to do them. As a last resort, I'll lower the pull up bar, but I'd prefer to leave that where it is.

I need to build up core strength - well all strength really. Not sure I am quite at the stage of doing all this but I will follow what others do on the thread with interest and if I find out that GM can suddenly start hanging for a lot longer than I can then I might have to force myself to join in with all this!

:) I managed nearly 4 this morning BBL - a nanosecond more than yesterday.
I'm at very beginner stage, BBL; I doubt you are weaker than me.

I've bought the Kindle edition just now but I've not really had much of a look yet. Curious about what he's got to say.

I've used the resistance band and that increased my "hanging" from 3 to 10. I'll try pulling up next time :)

I’ve just seen the Calisthenics/Callanetics on page 1, I’d not hear of Callanetics before, I think they’re quite different.

Calisthenics en.wikipedia.org
Callanetics en.wikipedia.org

Just had a go at an Al Kavadlo program I last did 18 months ago, the lower body work was fine. I fear for my upper body tomorrow though 😀

That was me getting mixed up HK! Having looked at the definitions you’ve linked to, my daily routine looks it might be callisthenics. No bright Lycra and leg warmers to be seen here 😀

Hope you’re ok to function tomorrow 😀
