Ha! That was Geoff Cox himself, funny thing .... I've got that T-shirt too It was black the year you and I did it wasn't it? It was the last HM30 from the old village hall as I remember.

I've done four or five of them, but they have all started to merge in the memory!. It's become a NYD tradition. I'm looking forward to the year I start it sober and can actually give it a proper go :).
It's a better route done out in 2 loops from RHB.

I hate to break up the bromance between you 3 but I'm hoping to have a very slow trot around leg 1 over the weekend / early next week, I'm familiar with the route up until dropping off Blencathra down to Threkeld .......... any tips from you pro's ?
I'm ob not doing it from a intent to attempt 24 hours at any point as that's way out of my league but would like to get familiar with the route over several days
