I run in Nike Pegasus, good for me. Although i've never run in anything other than Nikes. |

I found the Brooks Glycerin a bit on the small side so maybe order 2 sizes if buying online.

Best to go to a local running shop if you can to try some on and have a little run in each, the brands can be really different fits and there is usually one that will suit you better. I like Saucony best though have used Brooks too, Nike don't suit me.

Ditto .B. Pop along to your local running shop, you really need to have your gait analysed to ensure you get the right shoe. Mizuno Wave Riders are a good neutral shoe with very little support
