This must be the first time for at least a few years that the clocks AREN'T going forward the night before the race, so we'll have the luxury of a full nights sleep before the race :-)

Excellent! I was just assuming that the clocks were changing as I think the clocks have gone forward on Wilmslow half weekend every year I have ran it (think I ran it first in 2006 or 2007)

I was going to do this but have decided to do the Coniston 14 instead. A club mate wants my place but I've just noticed that the number has my name and age category on it and the booklet says absolutely no transfers. She is younger and faster than me, don't want her to win her (my) age category under false pretences! RunningBob, is this a strict rule this year?
