I've found this zen55853.zen.co.uk webcam in Mobberley, which currently appears promising My personal experience is the snow seems very localised, i.e. a couple of flakes falling when I left home in Altrincham but nothing on the grass, compared to settled snow at work in Warrington.

Like Four Villages the problem will be if it settles and freezes on some of the small country roads. I'd say that it is likely to be on. I'm not looking forward to the 20mph+ easterly into our faces for the last 4 miles!

I hope all travelling from further afield will be able to make it to Wilmslow.

You wouldn't catch me standing out in that freezing weather! Although I was a little confused by the two young men at one water station who found my name mystifyingly hilarious
