Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Indeed! I was pleasantly surprised to see Pat do something useful! ;)

Regarding SHM, I've not been regularly to the club over the last few years, due to commitments (yeah excuses, I know!). Hoping to be there this evening, traffic permitting. So, if you're planning to be there I'll look out for you.

Hmm - think I know who BeepBeep is and I'm willing to bet a large some of money he wasn't at SH training last night because he is late for everything :-)

Well if he was there he didn't make himself known to me. Give me a clue then Pat, seeing as he's disappeared again. Initials?

looks like I am going to have to drop out with a poorly calf. Main goal in London so don't want my 1st run back after physio to be a race.

RunningBob, as this is one of your clubs races do you know if they allow transfers so my place is not waisted?

Yes, transfers allowed. Just email the details to info@wilmslowhalf.org.uk. Remember that you'll need the recipient's gender, DOB, Club, UKA number as appropriate. The race director is a very nice guy but very busy.

My Facebook feed is full of places for this race.

Is anyone still actually running it? ;)
