Before anyone questions the price, it's not a profit race, the dish goes to the organisations (cubs etc...) that help out. Can't wait!

You'll be fine once you start working off the mince pies Wilmslow was the first half I did, in 2009 having only done 10kms up til then - I'd only really got up to doing 10 miles in training by the time Christmas came around and I managed it fine, if slowly.

Wilmslow - I'm aiming for sub 1.35. I'm hoping 2012 is the year I avoid injury and illness so I can run proper times again. Running owes me some luck, 2012 is payback year
