I love the Mersey skyline at night when viewed from Frodsham hill, with all the chemical factories, power stations & oil refinery lit up, like a scene from Blade Runner. Think we've already had Cumbernauld, but Luton & Hemel town centres must prime be candidates . Probably other 1960's new towns too.
