Nice swimming Rach

The Scribbler
Wow Rach - great swimming! I usually find I swim better and faster towards the end of a session, although I don't clock anything like as many metres yet.

Hmmmm - I did a timed 1K swim today in 21:36 which is an awful lot quicker than my previous effort - I am pretty sure I didnt cheat, and miscount my lengths, so what is going on there!! Last time I used the Pool clock as opposed to a watch, so I guess it is possible that I added an extra minute on when calculating my time. My 400M split was 08:35

The Scribbler
I cycled to the pool on Sunday, warmed up a bit and then swam a nice 400m, really focusing on my form as my swim teacher was in the next lane taking a lesson. Unfortunately I messed up the stop watch and have recorded an accurate time for my rest, rather than any of my swim sets. So for this challenge, my best 400m time stays the same. But I'm pleased I improved my 100m time (once)

Bum scribbler I did that too, only I realised after the first set and took the swim time -which was the rest -off the total time.
Anyways. I swam on Saturday and while my 100 was much the same 1.39 i was 7.27 over 400m so some improvement there.
Am i right in thinking we can't update the spreadsheet ourselves ??

100m -1:26 -bit of an improvement but I was a sub 60 second swimmer at 14 so it always seems a bit disappointing -having said that it is from a pool start not a dive 400m -6:32 -about half a second a length improvement Haven't done the 1000m

All stats are updated as of this post. Challenge is now closed, and I declare that the Winner is...........
Rach E
With a massive 6.06% improvement over 100M and 6.79% over 400M, and although no time recorded for the September Goal Setting, she recorded an impressive time of 17.33 for 1000M
with phewww! coming 2nd with already very impressive stats he still found a 5.49% improvement on his 100M time, and a 2% improvement on his 400M time.
disappointingly only 5 other people reported in for duty for the 2nd phase.
Thanks to all who took part and congrats to everyone who improved......
