Preferably in the South of England, any time of year really.

This is for my missus really - I am still hobbling to and from the injured bench.

She's doing an off-road 10K in a week's time and is looking to potentially up the distance without necessarily doing 'the full Beachy Head'. We initially got excited about the New Forest Half which is run with the full marathon, but then saw that it's only the full marathon that has off-road sections.

Does anyone have any recommendations at all?

PS - you are all lovely. Yes you.

I had some trepidation about clicking on something with 'The Hurt' in the name but that looks brilliant. Thanks Lilaicha! :-)

Have you had a look at the ldwa? A lot of the challenge walks include runs and route options of vaguely the right length. As I'm from the other end of the country I have no specific recommendations, but their website could be worth a peruse.
