USB , i hope you have more luck with Nationwide than we did. They were more like the effing useless Grinch who stole Christmas and didn't give a flying fairy.

Still waiting for compensation from them for ruining the whole move, our holiday etc etc. They have even ballsed up the complaints handling process !

Sounds dire CStar. We have been with them for years and this will be our 4th mortgage with them as we've not had any problems with them. The only dicey bit at the moment is if the build overruns significantly as the offer is only good till mid-Feb.
