I'm working my way back up to thirty per day, having switched to the elbows-tucked-in method. Which I am finding so much harder!

100 in my xfit today.

Also pushpressed 35kg which is a lot for me, since the gym shut in March.

Thanks, Nellers. I know most of you lot are pressing 60+ without breaking a sweat but I've never been a lifter and I think my pb when I was training regularly was low-40s. My deadlift is just over my bodyweight.

I'm nowhere near that strength! I'm happy to push press 25kg! I've always been a skinny weed. It's only since I've turned 50 that I've really started doing any consistent lifting at all.

Have cut down to doing them from my knees because my right arm is complaining, not when I do press-ups, but when I do things like lifting a cup.

Some press up records for you.

That's over 4000 per day! Good grief!
