Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

0 mileage in the last 5 days has slowed progress but now starting to feel better. 6 miler this morning to ease back and only 11 miles needed now for 2500. All about the pacing :-)

It looks like I'll be finishing my year on 1921. Considering I had a very easy month post L50 and I've had 4 months of low mojo as well I think I've done ok.

No targets next year. I think there will be a slightly different approach to my training/fitness which will see a drop in run mileage. But hopefully walk mileage and a few other bits (not swimming or cycling before you even go there) will be on the up.

It certainly won't be a year of PB's unless I have an epiphany and get my arse into gear :-)

Apart from the broken wrist, August, and serious cold December I would have done 2000. Not to bothered as I ran well in the Spring and was running well just before I was struck down with the cold.

WELL DONE TO ALL WHO COMPLETED THE CHALLENGE :)
You obviously looked after yourselves better than I did! Keep running, keep focused, remember miles are good fun to chase, but don't neglect other training disciplines.
Good Luck to you all for 2015 :)

New job. New focus. Not chasing miles, But I will be chasing fitness :) Less miles, but more will be hard miles!
