Raptors Claws are coming to town
As the days progressed last year I ended up shuffling the sequence around to optimise rest time for the different muscle groups.

I find wall sits quite easy. I assume that's just a biomechanical quirk. I did have a good Google to check that I wasn't forgetting something important like the need to have both my feet off the floor.

I do not recommend 45s of mountain climbers followed by 1 minute wall sit followed by 45s m.c.

Even the wall sit was hell... At least I got my HR up 😎

I seem to recall from last year that everyone else could do about 20,000 mountain climbers in 45 seconds and I struggled to do half a dozen.
