Day 3 done :-) The wall sit felt a bit easier and I managed a full 45s of mountain climbers without stopping. (Second set was 30+15) I've had quite an active day though- don't know of being more warmed up generally makes a difference

My shoulder is upset with me for doing mountain climber, I haven’t done day 3 so will have to catch up tomorrow but missing out mc, not worth aggravating my shoulder.

Done the sitting and star jumps. Mountain climbing might have to wait. The jumps felt easy but the right knee is not happy.

My knee is dodgy so I just walk the MCs and not bring the knee all the way up

I am adapting the MC's... I am in a plank and just bend my knee, bring forwards and into chest and put back down, then other knee... And do 30 repeats, i.e. 15 with each leg. Yesterday, I tried 45 seconds of that and aggravated my shoulder.
I then do a wall sit and 20 more climbers...
I am not sure I will be able to do more, but we shall see.

And I am just lifting and putting down, making sure my weight is over my hands so no unnecessary pressure on my shoulders and concentrate on engaging the core rather than resting on hands/shoulders...
