I have completed 55 miles since the 20th and am more than happy with that. January will hopefully be above the 100 miles. Good luck to you all.

We're staying with his folks and when he suggested a run while the rest of the family are at the panto, I thought they were going to a matinee - we now know which of the local paths are not well-lit!
