Marathon - Marathon. Only in Welsh the word Marathon comes before the name (e.g. Snowdonia Marathon is Marathon Eryri)

Ymofynwr - Fetchie
Ych a fi - yeuch! (no idea of the spelling) oh hang on we had that one.
Trygerethr - junk (no idea of spelling)
Blwyddyn newydd dda - happy new year (totally rubbish spelling)
Snwcer - snooker (I might have spelled that one correctly)
Bara menyn - bread and butter (crap spelling probably) no, correct spelling
Twp - stupid
Cerdded - To Walk
Ymddeol - To Retire
diog - lazy
cysgu - sleep
rhech- pop off
Ty Bach- little room (toilet)
Twll dyn pawb y fobyn - Go stick it up your arse

May 2011 tipsku Prynhawn or short p'nawn is the correct spelling for afternoon. Shw mae is the spelling adopted by the BBC Learn Welsh section, Sch is quite 'un-Welsh' Dim problem instead of problemio - never heard problem as a verb form before never heard trygerethr before, junk is jync (Welsh spelling) or sothach (Welsh word). might be a slang form Blwyddyn newydd dda, so almost spot on this one, well done. well done, da iawn! nice list. I wanted to put the accent on the y in Ty bach but Fetch doesn't accept that character. The word Ymofynwr for Fetchie was new to me, thanks for that. Regards (Cofion) a Welsh medium lecturer :o)
