About Me
Used to run 800 metres seriously in the 70s (Queen's Park Harriers) but gave that up when I discovered sex and drugs and rock and roll. 30 years later, after having a son, I took up jogging to stay fit and sort out my high blood sugar level. I've become hooked again, albeit at a much slower pace and am enjoying running. Ran a couple of marathons and though the distance seems just too long for me, will probably do some more.
