Struggled to find joggy pace, too many walks and hr too high probably because of the 5 minutes "run strongly" beforehand and it's warm and windy. Thought I'd deleted the plan as I only looked at it out of interest, but apparently I'd restarted it - so when watch had this for today I thought I might as well do it at start of run.
