plotted for bugs, mileage/time deleted stopped watch somewhere and didn't restart until realised when checking had got last bug.
original route included loops of the dock bits but ran out of time and ended up with a tempo dash back along the strand.
annoyed not to have recorded all properly , Garmin might have awarded me some more high aerobic points
