pootling around collecting Fetchpoint markers, should have been at least 90 mins but *insert excuse here*

Struggled to find joggy pace, too many walks and hr too high probably because of the 5 minutes "run strongly" beforehand and it's warm and windy. Of course it's breezy - it *always* is.

annoyed with mile 4, thought I'd seen the last of 14s :( I'll blame the road crossing ;)
