Hips stay facing forward, engage core. X14 L+R 2sets Around the world light DB - I think you have 2kg x14 reps 2sets - if you don’t have 2kg dumbbells you can do bodyweight or tins of beans/tomatoes work well. Lying on your front, place 2 yoga block on big flat side on the floor at about shoulder distance in front, arms extended above head, lift arms over blocks rest on floor then back to starting position.
