The great dollop Didn't do as well as I'd like to, but then I've done no training for 6 months. Probably the wake up call I needed with my HR running on pure glycogen for 3 miles at 192 maxing at 195. I've always had a high HR despite being very fit once, but 176 is usually my aerobic/anerobic threshold fitness level so time to get off my fat arse and do something sensible. LIKE SOME TRAINING RUNS. run stupid boy, run. Unaffiliated 22:11 22:51 24:00 23:50 55.95

About this parkrun

1 short and 2 full laps, undulating tarmac, nice café, reasonable parking
Lizzie W 22nd Dec 2018

Really friendly, medium sized parkrun. One small lap and two complete laps of Hove Park. All on paved surfaces, half uphill, half downhill each lap. Downhill finish!

Run in Hove Park, Joe Wilkinson can often be found here!
PWA 3rd Jan 2019

Quick course on tarmac, quite open, slightly undulating. Easy to access - near centre of Hove.
