About Me
I took up running more after an injury to right wrist which stopped me playing sport, like badminton, hockey, rink hockey, basketball etc. Operations and injuries have dogged my training over the past 5 years, I am hoping for a better year this year. Running and cross training is a way for me to keep sane and attempt at keeping fit. I do miss playing sport but I would now go totally mad with out being able to run.
