About Me
I've been running since 1984, when I lived in Leeds, moving to Birmingham in 1989. Since then I've run 50,00 miles,[IMAGE 7428_1] 25 road marathons, 50 halfs, and lots of off-road marathons and ultras, as well as cross country, track and throwing the discus.
