Clanging home.
So after walking a couple of miles, the calf seemed to be OK, and I set off again at a slow jog to complete the run. No further niggles - but the legs had clearly had enough of running for one day. Felt like the Tin Man.

Started well
Felt the benefit of fewer miles in the legs in the last couple of weeks, and was going along quite nicely in the sunshine .... until, quite suddenly, at mile 7 (of the planned 10), I felt that familiar tightening in the left calf. Time to take a little walk.
