Started running about 20 years ago first on the tread mill then got board with that and started outside, through woods up and down country lanes its brill, the best excercise any one can get. Im adicted.
Just wish the weight would stay off, trouble is i like my food and beer to much.

I ran the london marathon twice and now im a triathlete, well an odd shaped one,,,, loving racing tri's, my heal injury is stopping me from running, so im going for aqua bike races and kayaking
