Fantastic running hs!! We’ll done
Thanks GG, I'm rather disappointed with my finish time though, as I was 2 minutes ahead of schedule until mile 7,when I started to slow down. The last 3 miles were the slowest, whereas they are usually the quickest.
Sorry that it wasn't quite what you were hoping for, but that's still a respectable time!
