NVH 5k race
I WON ..... well I was the first across the line anyway:-) They had a handicap already for me, must have been from the last Werrington 1.5mile handicap or from the Bourne 5 miles.
These new Mizuno Wave Musha trainers must be worth at least a minute over 5k, they felt great, they made running so much easier.
Started at 6min/mile and then had to make myself slow down a bit. Had another runner on my heals for the first two laps, kept thinking he was talking it easy, but droped him on the last lap.
Good start to racing again, just need to find 47 seconds from somewhere this year.

I was that runner! Started 10 seconds behind you and like you probably went off a bit too fast, but definitely not taking it easy! Was trying very hard to stick with you but at least I ran my fastest 5km for 6 years. Thanks for the tow round
