Great Eastern - my first Half Marathon. Started a bit too fast and so slowed down at mile 2. Tracie and I hit mile 10 at about 1:55 which is our fastest yet ....and then it all went pear shaped. Last three miles very slow and really struggled through. BUT I finished and after hot bath and sleep ready to beat this time next time! Bombay Sapphire Gin has now been opened!

A very common mistake to go off too fast, think we're all guilty of that. Well done, enjoy your acheivement.
