YWA - Foundations of Yoga - Headstand (Sirsasana)
We have headstand practice each week during Fee's class. As with many poses, we're all at different stages. I'm still building strength in Dolphin.
I thought it might be nice to do come practice at home, too, so will work my way through a variety of videos that I've found.
Need to find (or clear) a space against a wall, for sure.
Slowly, slowly and all that.
This is not going to happen overnight but I'm trying to challenge myself a little.
