Trying to widen my experience and try new teachers/course/sessions etc
One of the online yoga teacher training sites I'm looking at has a free 30 day challenge on YouTube so I thought it would be good to check it out.

Almost stopped this early on as I thought she was a bit shouty but turning the volume down helped and it really is probably because I just used to Adriene.
A really nice 20 minute wake up with lots of variety, in fact. Looking forward to trying more.
