Fairly easy paced run from home towards Rhyd-y-Fro for 1.25 mls., then down to Derwydd Ave. & along footpath to Upper Colbren, then left at Fire Station for just over 100m., then home via Upper Colbren; felt a little stiff at first, but better later, otherwise felt quite good; weather was a mixture of rain & sleet.

	Ebb That's two good runs to start the year.
	Columba You haven't got the snow? Must be fairly local. 5 miles, nice round figure.
	Evangel We have had a little snow during the last 2 days, but not much, I'm pleased to say. I'm not a fan of snow.
