Notes & Comments

Aiming to keep HR on 143 or under again, and to run for an hour. I need to set up the HR alarm, 'cos I had to do a lot of checking. Had to slow up towards the end to maintain it, but it was a good run. One upshot of having HR to think about is that I didn't think about either calf at all, for the second run in a row. Watch says I have a VO2Max of 47 now - will be interesting to see if it's still saying that after I've attempted a faster run. Reported resting HR at 47 - fascinating to watch!
