John Fraser 10!! Club Champs!
Great idea to go on the bus, much easier and more sociable. Enjoyed this trip. Perfect weather conditions.
Aim today was 9m/m and stay relaxed. Started off a little fast but found it harder to pace with the many ups and downs. A great course, right up my street as I love hills and enjoyed the undulations and variety. It was a very well organised and marshalled race.
Very pleased with another great PB, knocking near enough 5 minutes off my previous best :-). Slightly gutted that I missed a gold standard by 7 seconds but today wasn't about standards so I can't complain. I know I can do it so theres always another time
Well done to all the WJ running today and to Odette for organising the coach

Once again you make it all look ridiculously easy! As for the 7 seconds - it could be worse (remember my 1???) Well done - again! And thanks for the company on the coach.
Well done on a great PB. Great splits, although it seems from them that the hills in the 4th and 8th mile were ironed out for you, but not for me!!
Ha ha, compare our splits!
I was thinking the same as oldman on mile 4 and 8!!! gr8 pb
